Become a Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½!

The Conservancy began as an all-volunteer organization, and volunteers remain essential to our work.

At this time, we are temporarily pausing new volunteer sign-ups as we enhance the volunteer program and focus on onboarding those already in the pipeline. We deeply value our volunteers and are taking this opportunity to strengthen our efforts in supporting and engaging our community.

We appreciate your patience and support. In the meantime, please see below for other ways to get involved with the Conservancy.

Thank you for your commitment to preserving Los Angeles’ history!

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Volunteer and Program Coordinator, Jenny Goodwin, at jgoodwin@laconservancy.org with any questions.

How Can I Help?

Advocacy

The best way to help with preservation advocacy issues is to join our Action Alert network. You’ll receive email appeals for urgent action, typically writing letters of support and/or attending public hearings supporting threatened places. To join the network, subscribe to our Action Alert emails.

Advocacy also offers a seasonal Preservation Boot Camp program. More information can be found here.
